  • Ashtanga Yoga is in fact really hard. The longer you practise, the more you forget what a marathon the Primary Series really is.

Some tips for you:
- Focus on the breath, not the pose.
- Feel your body! The real purpose of yoga is to feel your body.
- Don’t play the Comparison Game. More poses don’t make you a better yogi. 😉

Most of the time we are more afraid of falling than we are of going upside down. In order to control our fear we must first identify it clearly. Facing your fear helps you live in the moment. It’s a practice of letting go and living in the now; an exercise to make your mind stronger.
